Are you sure it's a good idea to get Melee when Brawl is coming out in February? I mean, I know Melee is prolly a lot cheaper now, but Brawl is going to be a lot bigger than Melee, and it's only a few months off.

That's a good point, actually. Melee's still around $30, and that's half the price as Brawl, so.......

Okay, fuck Melee, Slime (or whatever your name is today ), it's total junk, and Moto and X can guarantee that SSB:B is NOT going to be delayed again! Actually, they just don't want you to get any practice before Brawl drops, so that you can honky-tonk them in Dump mega events! ;D

Heh, hey, I still need high speed Internet before I can join in Dump events.

Matter of tree huggerness...
I use batteries, but I've considered the charger. I don't know how well they work. Anyone else know?

The Nyko one is garbage. Pure 100% garbage. One of my managers bought it, and his wife dropped the Wiimote it was in, and the battery would no longer hold a charge. My solution; go to Target/Home Depot/Wal-Mart/etc and buy one of the Duracell or Energizer rechargeable battery stations. The basic kits usually come with the charger and 4 AA batteries for, like, $20. Another 4 AA's would prolly be $10. That right there is cheaper than that crap Nyko set, and then you can still use the batteries in remotes, CD players, clocks, whatever!

So.. Apparently... Fire Emblem for the GameCube has become a very hard game to find and guys on Amazon are charging about full price for a used game.

And they're charging $100+ for Marvel vs Capcom 2 on PS2, so, quit your bitchin'.

I picked up Wii Zapper/Link's Crossbow Training today ($18.99!), and so far it ain't half bad! It's pretty fun, actually! The front trigger (for the "b" button) is a little stiff, but still really responsive, other than that, the zapper is exactly what you'd expect it to be, a hunk of white plastic with holes for your Wiimote and nunchuck. Good times!

Glad to hear its a worthwhile investment. Admittedly, the gun genre has never been my favorite...probably cause I still have that sword bias! But I'm glad to hear that this peripheral isn't a waste of time so that my dream of a Wii pie launcher game is still possible ;D other than that, the zapper is exactly what you'd expect it to be, a hunk of white plastic with holes for your Wiimote and nunchuck. Good times! As opposed to that hunk of flexible pinkish/orange plastic in my closet that has holes on each end for my... I'm gonna go now.
