LOL! I almost typed "with holes for you to fill" instead of "with holes for your Wiimote and nunchuck" purpously to bait you, but then I realized that would be poaching, because you're likely not in season right now. PS: you could likely use that thing in your closet, but the nice thing about the Wii Zapper is that there's no clean-up to do after you've played some Link's Crossbow.

LOL True, but does it cuddle afterwards?

If by cuddle, you mean sit alone in the dark after you're done with it, while you go out for a Shirley Temple or two, then yes. Yes it does.

Jesus... Another crop of shitty ol' cabbages for the Virtual Console this week. I'm not going to care about Virtual Console unless they put out some Sega Saturn games. Has anybody tried Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles? Do you just play through Resident Evil 0, 1, 2, and 3 except in lightgun gameplay style?

Yeah, well, minus RE2. It's still pretty fun, and you'll likely end up playing through the stages a few times just to collect all the files (the files are what really fill in the blanks in the story), as they can be pretty tricky to find. And I *think* (I haven't actually gotten this far in the game) that after the RE3 portion of the game, there's another set of stages that goes into detail about how Umbrella "fell".

Seriously, the ONLY way to play is with the Wii Zapper.
It feels like the game was built around that peripheral - playing regular Wii style with the wiimote in one hand and the nunchuk in the other just doesn't work... only then do I give RE: Umbrella Chronicles the thumbs up. It just wasn't FUN without it.

Well, it comes with the totally awesome Link's Crossbow Training, so it's not a total wash.

Mo' plastic. The Zapper is fun, especially since it comes with the insanely brief but enjoyable Link's Crossbow Training.

The Wii Zapper always works well with games like RE4 and Metroid Prime 3 right? Other shooting games that isn't a lightgun shooter?

I wouldn't use it with MP3. Dunno about RE4, tho, but I don't think I'd suggest it there, either, because the Zapper's configuration kinda makes it hard to reach the face buttons.
