Yanno...that same grip that has allowed generations of gamers to avoid projectile remote/controller fatalities. I can't say there's no evidence linking me to that one time, but c'mon. It was Gradius.

XD I just got an e- l from Nintendo themselves (I guess because I registered my Wii on their site) warning of this problem.

I would, but the text isn't "copy and paste"-able, as it's sent as a JPEG. And not just one JPEG, the whole e- l is split into three JPEGs, for whatever reason. I tried posting the three JPEGs here as images, but when I previewed my post, the links (with the "img" tags around them) didn't change, because they contain the letters m-a-i, which turns into the picture who whoever that is. Any way to disable that?

Add Alien Crush (600 Wii pts) and Gunstar Heroes (800 Wii pts) to the Virtual Console! I guess this is for Duff and xparasite only...

Heh, you can cross me off that list, as I don't have high speed Internet, meaning no virtual console (or online, in general) on the Wii, for me.

Wow, I kinda expected cuffs to be used for the PS4 (part of the "BE ENTERTAINED OR BE ARRESTED" Sony ad campaign for their next space heater) but I gotta give the germans credit here!! That Wiimote ain't going anywhere! At least not before it gets traded for cigarrettes and a shiv!

Wow, I kinda expected cuffs to be used for the PS4 (part of the "BE ENTERTAINED OR BE ARRESTED" $ony ad campaign for their next space heater) but I gotta give the germans credit here!! That Wiimote ain't going anywhere! At least not before it gets traded for cigarrettes and a shiv! Recent statement by Nintendo regarding the "rash" of Wiimote related hilarity seriousness! www.gamespot.com/news/6162853.html"Earlier this week, Nintendo spread the safety word to registered Wii users through e-ls about proper use of the Wii and its controller. The document contained the following bullet points: "Wear the wrist strap when using the Wii Remote," "Do not let go of the remote during game play," and "Allow adequate room around you during game play," along with common-sense statements like "...the [Wii Sports bowling] ball is thrown by simply releasing the B Button on the remote, not by letting go of the remote!" The Wii also offers several safety warnings when the console is booted up and before games are played." I guess Nintendo achieved their mission of getting MORE then just their regular fanbase to get the Wii. As it looks like a lot of potential PS3 buyers went for the Wii this time... For these two posts, ;D PS:

Somebody (IGN, and prolly a bunch more sites) has a trailer of Metal Slug Anthology for Wii, showing off the Wii's functionality vs BRAND X. [edit:] Holy cow! When in the heck were Clark and Ralph in a Metal Slug game?!?

Wiibondagemotes.
Those Germans have just combined three different fetishes into one smooth, easy to use remote.
Having tried out the Wii at a Gamestop though...
I am gay for the Wii. And so is my girlfriend, which is much more normal sounding, but I don't even WANT ExciteTruck but that shit was hot.
