Well, I would figure as much. I've not played a bad Castlevania yet (though, I have only really played three: CV, CV III, and CV:HoD). If you want to continue that streak, stay away from the N64 ones...  |

Then I suggest to avoid the CV's on the N64. Especially CastleVania 64. The other one isn't AS bad, but, it's not great.

Aw, fignuts. One more damn reason to get a DS; Yoshi's Island 2. This time, it's not just Baby Mario, but Baby Peach and Baby Donkey Kong as well. I think I must have missed this post before! Cause i just recently heard about the new Yoshi's Island! So um...that now makes 3 Mario sidescrollers for the DS: 1) New Super Mario World 2) Yoshi's Island 2 3) Super Princess Peach It's getting very very hard to fight off the DS urges. I'm actually now leaning towards getting the slim one sometime in June-July. The more I scour the DS game library, the more trigger happy I'm getting  I do hope that Spike releases a Fire Pro game for it, but even without one, the DS might be worth it for me. At the very least, i can still play my FPA on the DS. And FPA actually helped me out last week in letting me create a whole new e-fed character when i was away from FPR! So having it as part of my DS library can still be quite helpful. As some other DS games look as well And also, the Wii is starting to sing its siren song. That Wii tennis game has a lot of potential! Nintendo is starting to reawaken my general gaming spirit. Katamari was the alarm clock but i think the DS and Wii are the final wake up call. But how will they compete with FPR? We'll have to tune in and see! |

As for a DS Fire Pro, i'd definitely buy it if there was some online play I'm sure its not gonna be as advanced as FPR, but if we get the equivalent of an FPD with online playability, i'm totally gonna buy it and play you guys Who won't want to face an authentically controlled OrochiGoose! |

If it has Wi-Fi, or just generally has updated sprites from the GBA ones, then yeah.

I mean, I'm not expecting the same depth for the appearance creation, but if I can get a majority of the moves from FPR and most of the match modes (I don't need the exploding land mine "poultine on a post" match ups), a decent Management of Ring style mode (I like FPRs, but no original edits = FAIL), and what have you, I'd be happy. WiFi would be nice, but I really don't play FP... I make wrestlers, sim matches, and that's enough for me to say "This was worth my money." I'd like to see the touch screen used to make logos, or maybe, personalized attire. Jason Wesley in an Upper Class Connection t-shirt? A McPro ring with the McBlackMage Office logo? Specially designed pants? All good ideas, but y'know, just a wish list at this point. |

Well, I think, at the very least it'd have the touch screen used to make logos. In fact, NOT doing that would be downright retarded.

Good suggestions A logo creator with the stylus would be GREAT for LAWL logos  Also maybe limited design for appearance, shirts, pants, etc. (You can make a sweet looking GHP!) And while I don't "play" FP as much anymore, thats  nly cause im just bored of playing the cpu. If i had real competition like you guys, i think i'd really enjoy playing it |

I wonder if the DS would let you draw stuff on your dits, like hats, hair that moves well, wangs, you know, essential stuff.
I'd poop my localy honoured pants if we could have matches ONLINE! Imagine the possibilities... ;D
