I suggested this some months ago in a "games that should come out for the DS" thread that got no replies, iirc.
clicking things to death EASILY translates to tapping things to death. I'd love to see it, and would bother Blizzard for months if I thought they'd make it.

Nintendo will finally ship out the white Nintendo DSi to the US. Thought about getting a Nintendo DSi for a while to replace my DS Lite with a faulty L button, but decided to wait for a white one to come out to match my Castlevania stylus. See, I'm cool with that and all (especially since the DSi's are designed differently enough from the DS Lites so that the white ones won't be all disgusting), but... Why the fuck would you make a big announcement like that at a freaking retailer conference? Isn't that what E3, SDCC, TGS, and any of the other big game shows are for? wtf?
Also, Slime, your DS Lite stylus won't fit in the DSi. The DSi's are slightly longer (we're talking, maybe half a centimeter) and the lock piece is smaller. It's such a silly, needless change to make. Whatever, tho, Big N.

Scribblenauts looks kinda cool, but I'm gonna wait to see the reviews and stuff, simply because it could easily be a shallow game that gets boring after a while; I just want to make sure it's not the type of game that relies solely on its one cool gimmick.
In other "news", I picked up the new Professor Layton game. I love this series, man; although, I did kinda blow most of my hint coins already because I got stuck on the first couple of puzzles you got access to on the train. >_<

Yeah, both of 5th Cell's games for the DS so far (Drawn to Life and Lock's Quest) have been way too cool for Scribblenauts to be lame. There's the normal story game, plus challenges as well, and those're just gonna be all kinds of sweet.
I'd say, Scribblenauts is going to be lame if you have a lame imagination and can only think to conjure things like guns and footballs. But if you wanna see what happens when you glue fishing rods to a Leviathan that's fighting off a bunch of ninjas... well, I think Scribblenauts will be perfect for you.

My DS Lite's L button stopped working again so I think I am going to pick up the white Nintendo DSi when it comes out this Sunday. The DS Lite and the Gameboy Advance are the only handheld systems that have ever crapped up on me and both systems have crapped up on me more than once.
And I'm getting the DSi while planning to use the DSiware at a minimum or never like the Wiiware or VC games and probably almost never going to use the DSi camera after probably a few shots to test it out.
Might change after I give a whirl though.

Done. I pre-ordered it last night. GameStop must be some kind of easy job. The manager was behind the counter lying on the floor with his shoes off and jokingly asking if it was 7 o'clock yet (their closing time).
