I was checking out the gameplay footage of SSB:B, Sonic looked pretty slick, as did the ADVANCE WARS assist trophy! I wanted to pop into the screen and use the Wii nunchuck to choke out the simpering geek who was demoing the game about five seconds into the video though...

Satan has the best sweaters on that show ;D If you haven't already, you should check the show out. It definitely captured the lofty, prestigious title of "OG's favorite current show". Though with the lax showings of Simpsons, Family Guy, and South Park so far this season, that's not too surprising. Then again, even if they were "on" so far, H. Jon would pwn them

Sorry, what's the "show" called, I've never seen anything that features such a cool version of Satan, especially not one where he sports such stylish sweaters!

Lucy: Daughter of the Devil. It's on Adult Swim on Sunday nights (technically Monday morning) at 12:15am ET. Its part of the sunday night comedy AS line-up, basically. Its just 15 minutes long but they pack the humor in You can also catch the episodes on adultswim.com. Here is the second episode of the show, which is my favorite ep so far. Its the episode where the above pic is from: dwk1.imeem.com/video/I1VZsaQf/lucy_daughter_of_the_devil/

Apparently, Okami is being ported to the Wii. I'd be more excited, but I'm already almost done with the PS2 version, and, as great as the game is/ was, I've never been able to bring myself to play through a game again, simply because there's no more element of surprise, in terms of story.

... Now I'm sad. I think it'd be cool, maybe, to try it on Wii, but, I have the feeling that they'll just fuck it up. I'll have to see what kind of bonus content there is, but it'll take a lot to make me want to go through it again.

A-ha!
If they actually bother to adapt it to the Wii and not just straight port it, then this could be really cool!

So, Little Mac is an assist trophy. Only a matter of time before we see Starman, man.

So, I just read an interview with the director of Okami for Wii, a guy from Ready at Dawn (who made Daxter and GoW for PSP), and Capcom's just doing another Wii-make. This is the sort of thing that's really, really bugging me; PS2 games being ported to Wii without any enhancements aside motion controls. Especially when it comes to things like graphics. It's just really disappointing to see PS2-level graphics on something that, let's face it, is far more capable.
