Microsoft taking lessons from the Wii! From their own mouth!" Xbox Microsoft boss Peter Moore has hinted at a change in strategy for Xbox 360 going into 2007, to compete with the  nstream appeal of Nintendo's fun-focused Wii.
"From a first-party point of view, it's not just about E-rated games, it's going to be about the experience that, quite frankly, Nintendo has done a tremendous job in capturing, in bringing back fun - if you will - to the gaming platforms", said Moore in an interview with Game Informer. "Yes, I'm sure they have some degree of ulterior motive ;D But for having the balls to publicly acknowledge that a competitor did something GOOD for the industry, Microsoft should be commended. I wonder how much extra it will cost for this new and unusual "fun" that microsoft speaks of? Will it be in high def, with 5.1 suround, and be online, because THAT is what is really important to gamers! |

Also, it has to be in 1080p, because Sony says thats the only way you can have fun playing video games.

I need to add something here: I fucking love the Virtual Console. I have Bonk's Adventure, Kid Icarus, and LoZ: Link to the Past, and I still have 2100 Wii Points just dying to get used. They need to hurry up and get some Super Metroid love goin' on.

I need to add something here: I fucking love the Virtual Console. I have Bonk's Adventure, Kid Icarus, and LoZ: Link to the Past, and I still have 2100 Wii Points just dying to get used. They need to hurry up and get some Super Metroid love goin' on. Motherfucking gg, Nintendo. I have a friend who recently started up a little shiny nugget that details all the new VC software as it comes out. It's slowly garnering support - all you Virtual Console nuts, bookmark this shit, and tell your friends! Virtual Console MondaysI'm probably going to start helping him out with some of the detail management (and spellcheck - heheh). You guys tell me what you think of it. |

Can't. Dunno if you've seen the Mii Channel, but it's real basic. Like, you can't even change the color of the Mii's pants, meaning no checkerboard pattern on the pants, meaning no KarrCop. Basically, you just make their face, and pick out a shirt/dress color. I've made some pretty good-looking Miis, but Visper was not one of them. Might've been that there's a lack of skin colors, and "almost black" isn't one of them. hahah |

Sounds like Mii's don't respect Visper's diverse cultural heritage!!
Someone at Nintendo is in danger of getting kicked in the face ;D
Wonder if Sony's "Home" will be able to create a real Visper avatar. If not, send her to Sony for some face-kicking too...they could use it more!
