I kinda liked Madden 09 on the Wii. It's not something I'd sit down and play for hours, but it was pretty fun for pick-up and play.

Joe, put in some signature rules. I loathe entering any topic Slime posts in. I'm giving him time to cycle to the next one. He's had some awesome sigs before, but they just don't last for very long before he switches to "Blaze the Cat" or something. The new Harvest Moon game "Tree of Tranquility" is a pretty good one though, insofar as I'm not disappointed with it.

So...you don't like my Blaze the Cat thing?
...and I change when some new game (or an old game) or thing that catches my eye. Like my thing to the left.

The two pictures side-by-side forced a stretch. I don't know what resolution everyone else is at but I am still at 1024x768.

So...you don't like my Blaze the Cat thing? Eh, you've had better. I give it time, you switch 'em out.

Yeah, Tenchu 4 is the reason that I decided to keep my Wii after all. I just PRAY that the Wiimote controls don't f up the game too much. And holy shit... It's out THIS WEEK!!!! I didn't even realize that!
PS: Please let Tesshu be in this game!
PPS: Ultimate Shooter Collection = Fawkin' SHMUP greatness! Danmaku lovers need to go pick this bitch up!
Oh yeah, apparently M$ is trying to get Radiant Silvergun for XBLA.

Samurai Shodown Anthology is coming out for the Wii soon, but do you know what else is coming out sooner? MADWORLD! GOD, that game is going to RULE. And if it doesn't, then... Well, I'll be really disappointed (cuz it's from Platinum Games, a.k.a. Seed, a.k.a. Clover). Also, The House of the Dead: Overkill. Which is also gonna be fun.

I snagged Metroid Prime 3 on the cheap - is there anything fancy I need to know before I play it?

Um... It's really cool? lol I dunno, I can't think of anything, really. It's a bit more of a cinematic experience (at least, the very beginning; haven't gotten to the end, yet), and generally more action packed than the last couple of games. Controls are pretty great; I switched to the "Advanced" (I *think* that's what it's called) control setting, and never looked back.

Um.... If you want some of the really cool stuff, make Wii friends with someone else that's playing the game. There's an "achievement"-style system at work in the game, where you get different colored "credits" by completing certain tasks (beating bosses or special enemies, killing a certain amount of enemies, getting by Ridley at the beginning of his attack without taking damage, etc), and the green credits are Friend Credits. But the trick is, you have to send the Credit to someone else so they can use it, and someone has to send YOU Friend Credits so you can use them. But they really do unlock some cool stuff - the dioramas are awesome and I'd love to actually own a couple of them in the realsies.
The Mii Bobblehead is awesome, too.
