Their real names are McLanahan. Davis is intrawebnet code-speak to protect their identities.

For the record: Jyou is the third e-fedder with the last name Davis I've encountered in my internet travels. ... I'm starting to think there's some sort of familial conspiracy. Yes but you've travelled the world for centuries so its understandable! How were e-feds in the 1600's? Aside from scurvy, i heard they were awesome!

Well, I'm sure you could sign Beckham to DFC if you had $250 Million US kickin' around, and he'd be playing in a leauge far more legit than MLS...
I wonder where the hell MLS got $250 million from? It's not the NBA or NFL, this is FUTBOL we're talking about, in the US no less!

It'll be a loan, mang. Think of it this way:
The amount of money they will get from selling shirts and merchandise, especially to Japan, China and South Korea will be stupendous. This will pay the £250m or however much off in like... weeks. No bank in the world(with any sense, anyhow) would refuse such a deal.

I've found more people are named 'Dave' in FP- E-fedding, or have a 'Dave' variation..
Davey, Spunk, Twinky, even me (middle name is David)...
Unrelatedly: remember when WWF had like 5 guys named Steve on the roster? That was cool, and why Regal changed his name to Willie.

DC anyone? I'd prefer everyone keep their current positions, but I'd really like a DC if anyone has one.

Now we have a player to cover all positions on the park, meaning no need to use the regens(random generated youth players) except on the subs bench. Means I could probably get started.
...but first, I'm off for a spliff. :B

Re: Beckham/MLS
Honestly, the way things are going...
I heard a guy on the radio the other day say he thinks eventually MLS will be bigger in the States than the NHL... and I'm not so sure I disagree. They already have a better TV deal (ESPN2 > Versus)....

Thing is, the level of play is stilll too low, and could kinda repel viewers, especially since ESPN(I think it was them) are starting to show the Premiership.

I dunno if ESPN is showing it or not, but there's a FOX Soccer Channel that shows most if not all the Premiership games. I'm going to try and pick a team this year and follow all their games. Haven't settled on a team yet, though.
