Yeah, that's on the St. Petersburg PPV next... Saturday, I think. I just haven't really heard if bodogFIGHT is worth paying any mind or not.

I'd imagine their production will be somewhat nauseating with "OMG TESTOSTERONE" and countless plugs for other Bodog stuff (which even then, is limited to being as annoying as Xyience ads). But I'd guess the fights could be just as good or competitive as most undercard UFC fights. So if you're really in the mood for MMA, it may just be worth it. Sometimes the fights we don't expect to be awesome turn out that way. Just make sure you bow to Calvin Ayre at the end...his fragile ego needs it

I don't really know too much about Bodog, other than it will give a bit of exposure to some decent Eastern European fighters (I hope). I could barely stomach what I saw of it on the Fight Network, but there was too much pageantry, massage scenes with under-aged Asian girls, and unnecessary plugs for Biff Naked and some Russian skank. Looks like an overdone ad or a self-promoting, masturbatory, narcissistic self-dedication to me, but who knows (who is that GREASY asshole with the Asian broads around him all of the time, anyway?)? If you're looking for something in the vein of Pride, K-1, or UFC, aside from the fact that a fight will eventually ensue on the program, I don't know if you'll get your fix from Bodog. PS: I really don't see how Lindland can win the fight with Fedor. I like Lindland, and I'm sure they've handed him a pile of cash to take the fight, but I think Fedor is too complete a fighter for Lindland, but who knows, stranger things have happened (28 min match in WWE... ).

No, no. I've seen Lindland fight, and he'll get crushed pretty soundly.
Like, unless bodogFIGHT's rules state that you can't be totally awesome and unstoppable.

HAHA! I actually like Lindland, I like his fighting style (very Team Quest, heavy basis on slams and amateur wrestling skills), but I don't know if you guys have seen his match with Falaniko Vitale on the UFC 43 card. He tried to slam Vitale, dumped himself on HIS OWN HEAD for the self-CRITICAL!. If he's smart, I think he should try to CRITICAL! himself before his match with Emelianenko.
PS: Great Matt Lindland quote, something to the effect of never fight anyone uglier than you, they have nothing to lose.

Like, unless bodogFIGHT's rules state that you can't be totally awesome and unstoppable. Do we know for a fact that's NOT one of their rules? Cause honestly...I wouldn't be surprised

Time for an obligatory hug of CroCop and Fedor's nuts.CroCop is a BAAAAAD man! No matter how fucked up his opponent is, he always tries to seal the deal with a kick in the mouth for good measure, conscious or not. Fedor has a little more compassion in him, he'll let up once his opponent looks to be nearly dead. I'm really diggin' the super spartan gyms Fedor seems to be training in all of the time, too! No fancy shit, just whup that ass!
