Scroll all the way down that screen til you see the dancing bear, then click on him. When the popup comes up, click Go and then just pick one of the options. You can have up to 6 katamaris at once!
As you're playing the game, the King is the pointer that guides where hte Katamari will go. Also, DONT click the mouse during the game as it will explode the ball and lose your items. And try not to roll up the king as that makes it annoying to "steer". Also, try not to get hit by any of the trucks when you're small.
Put speakers up and roll to your heart's delight! There is a little treat when you roll everything up
P.S. This Katamari is decidely intraweb'ish, not that I know what that means
