LOL has been the only sense of stress for Ruby in the last month or so!! We should make in FPR (well thats a good idea in GENERAL, really!) and have them feud

would be really hard to make in FPR, tho. No skirt pieces, no low-cut tops, let alone that slinkly little number she's got. About the only things FPR DOES have for her are her gloves and boots. ;

Yeah, it would be hard. Most importantly, the "bouncing matrix" of FPR isn't up to par I'm sure we could come up with a reasonable appearance though...but in terms of moves...eh...prob more trouble then its worth. I'll stick to tweaking my Blue Mary edit who seems more comfortable in FPR then ever would is better left to our dreams...and hentai folders...

NOTE: All of these edits are not made by me, and are shared with the consent of peoples who are credited as necessary. McPro's ALMOST an e-fed, but these people participate of their own free will. Why? I don't know either. NOTE 2, SON OF NOTE: I don't actually PLAY FPR. I did for about a week back in October 2005, but got over that phase right quick and went back to work making awesome edits that can be simmed against each other and most outside e-fed edits and be relied upon to deliver at the very worst, a solid match. This pack is up to date as of June 17th, and features the following McLanahan Pro groups and wrestlers... As older versions of the pack HAVE been released, notes will be made for edits who've been updated, or new. I think fighting Mr. Head Drop was all the passage into manhood Freedom Kid needed.
I'd hate to think what GOOSE would do to somebody as debonair as James Bond...

Just wanted to say that Joe's McPro history is REALLY cool. Having grown up in the Midwest (St.Paul, MN!) I can especially appreciate the early AWA territory flavor. The whole article had that feel of an old PWI/Kayfabe Memories article with Joe's subtle comedy stylings sprinkled throughout.
And the more I read about Twinky McLanahan the more I love that he's got the WILD Heavyweight Championship. I mean, I love me some Jack Dod and would have no problem seeing the two feud for the rest of eternity but there's just something about Twinky that just screams PRO WRESTLING...

All of this has to do from my <3 of the old PWI magazines. I have been a HUGE pro wrestling fan literally all my life... and I've lived in South Dakota most of my life... so, the AWA throwback references were definitely intentional. As was the PWI style of article, how it's full of history - but just enough to keep you interested if you're only a casual fan. God help us all if I start writing full-length books based on teh history of a fake wrestling promotion. -_-;; The hardest part of writing anything with Twinky in it now is remembering the time frame of everything~! He's got so much history that I just need to sit down with all of it and work it out - hard to believe he's nearly 30 and had such a crazy ass long career. o_o;;

The Apter mags are what got me into wrestling in the first place. For some reason or another my seventh grade homeroom was stocked with dog-eared copies of them and the contents within got me hooked almost instantly! Being a long time fan of comics I guess there was something appealing about outlandish characters beating the hell out of one another.
And I know what you mean about keeping your characters straight. I've got a notebook full of VWA notes that I find myself constantly referencing to keep the goings on in the promotion (hopefully) cohesive.

"Reportedly this was intended to be a sitcom, but Wesley and Hillcrest insisted that they be played by Chuck Norris, a talking cat with magical powers, and Adrien Grenier (Entourage). With these demands unsatisfied (the cat wanted too much money), the next logical step was reality TV."
LMAO!!!
