The first thing I think of when I think "Eternal Champions" is the black dude in the trench coat saying "LOSER". I might have to check that bitch out! I seem to remember it being a broken piece of shit, but the potential for  ming your opponents was too great a temptation to ignore the game. |

I loved the stage kills. Nothing beats seeing your opponent eaten by a dinosaur or electrocuted by a neon sign.
Plus, some of the characters were just crazy. Cybernetic muay thai guy? Ninja badass chick? Caveman-fu?

Seems that IGN is really excited about No More Heroes, too. They just started a week of coverage on the game, with videos, screen caps, previews, character info, all that fun stuff. Monday deals with the combat of the game, and has a few interesting vids. |

I'm thinking the PS2 version will be far cheaper superior to the Wii version, and my likely choice, should I decide to scoop this bitch up. ;D PS: I don't think it's possible for No More Heroes to suck ass in any way, shape, or form. I'm actually excited for a Wii game release, moreso after reading the latest hands-on stuff, and checking out Moto's stuff! ;D

Reading some of the comments for that story gave me a pretty bad headache. "Can't they do something original?" "What a stupid name." "Thats pretty messed up making a game that lets you get stronger by dieing. It sounds like they totally fubared the difficulty and programming and instead of trying to fix it they came up with a way to exploit it." Idiots.
This game'll be great, and I'm sure that the PS2 version will, of course, have a bit of an edge, if only price-wise. It's another Wii-make, so, chances are that the Wii version will look as good if not worse than the PS2 version, and offer Wii-ggle controls that don't work right half the time. And yeah, I know it's Atlus, and I should expect a bit more from them. But I don't expect anything when it comes to Wii ports of PS2 games.
