I'm starting Arian Foster and Fred Davis over Matt Forte and Heath Miller.
I got very lucky last week to advance to the 2nd round of the fantasy football playoffs. All thanks to DeSean Jackson's 60 yard touchdown.

Arian Foster. Houston Defense. Great.
Why did I decide to listen to the "experts" this late into the season?

Arian Foster. Houston Defense. Great. Why did I decide to listen to the "experts" this late into the season? Don't feel bad. At least you didn't go 10-3, number one seed, first round bye, then proceed to lose by 53 in your playoff game.

I'm losing by 82 with Fred Davis left to play. I don't feel as bad putting in Arian Foster because it wouldn't have mattered and that Matt Forte didn't do that much better. My highest scorers of the week are: Philip Rivers 34.53 DeSean Jackson 23.90 Houston Defense 15 LaDainian Tomlinson 13.7 Everybody else is in the single digits and I played against Aaron Rodgers 53.73 Vincent Jackson 25.30 Beanie Wells 18.80 Derrick Mason 17.70 Anquan Boldin 16.2 Chris Johnson 13.90 Nate Kaeding 11 Tony Gonzalez 10.70 Everybody on offense on his team scored in double digits except for Sidney Rice.

LT is on the downside of his career so he has to settle for something like this. >_>

Just did my yearly fantasy football draft with my friends. 10 teams. I got...
Starters QB: Jay Cutler RB: Rashard Mendenhall, Joseph Addai WR: Andre Johnson, DeSean Jackson TE: Chris Cooley W/T: Steve Smith (CAR) W/R: Justin Forsett
K: David Akers DEF: None D: DJ Williams DB: Darren Sharper, Terrell Thomas DL: Julius Peppers, Calais Campbell
Bench: QB: Donovan McNabb RB: Felix Jones, Jerome Harrison WR: TJ Houshmandzadeh, Braylon Edwards
I need a defense, but not sure who I should drop. I'm thinking Donovan McNabb.

I'd drop Housh, you don't need him with the other 4 WR's you have. And as many picks as Cutler throws... you might wanna hang on to McNabb.

Tough choice. I wasn't really high on Braylon Edwards when I drafted him late in the draft.

Yeah, it is a close call between the two.

I like Cutler (well, back when he was with the Broncos), but, fuck. Why not get Orton, or the Lions' quarterback who's name I can't recall?

Cutler is still one of the top QBs. I don't trust Orton or Stafford. Orton is still on FA while someone drafted Stafford. I wanted Kevin Kolb as my backup who also might takeover for Cutler in the future, but my friend surprised me by taking him even when McNabb was still out there.
And Mike Martz is the offensive coach for the Bears now. Which means more passing for Jay Cutler.

So... I cut Braylon Edwards for the San Diego defense a few weeks back and now my T.J Who's Your Momma is out of a team. Should I drop him for either Deion Branch or Mike Williams or just keep him for now?
